I appreciate the virtue of being a good listener, and I believe it is extremely important to bring value to one’s experience and emotions, while guiding change in thoughts and behaviors.

I received my Masters in Counseling from the University of Phoenix and my Bachelors in Family and Child Studies from the University of Wyoming.

I have been counseling since January of 2005. I use talk / cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients become aware of the issues or brokenness and pain that can be negatively affecting their lives. The goal is to guide my clients to a place of wholeness, where they are able to live out a peaceful and fulfilling life.

My heart is full of compassion for people and I deeply desire to see healing and wholeness in their lives. Most individuals have been injured by situations or other relationships at some point in their lives. Wounds that have not been processed well can produce long lasting results that hinder one's ability for a healthy, balanced life. I work with clients to find healing from those wounds in order to bring forth freedom and wholeness.
